摘　　要：传统回转式清污机存在不具备大块垃圾破碎功能、拦污栅栅条间隙不可调、操作形式单一、固定式清污耙齿结构设计容易疲劳损坏4个弊端。针对传统回转式清污机存在的问题,设计一种新型回转式清污机,其是一套集垃圾粉碎、拦污、固液筛分、集污和排污于一体的设备。详细介绍新型回转式清污机的结构组成及工作原理,并重点阐述其电气控制系统的手动控制、定时控制、液位控制和远程控制模式。The traditional rotary trashrack cleaner has four drawbacks,i.e.no function of large piece of trash crushing,nonadjustable gap between the trash racks,single operation form and easy fatigue damage of the fixed rake tooth structure design.In view of the problems of the traditional rotary trashrack cleaner,a new rotary trashrack cleaner is designed,which is a set of equipment integrating trash crushing,interception,solid-liquid screening,collection and discharge.The structural composition and working principle of the new rotary trashrack cleaner are introduced in detail,and the manual control,timing control,liquid level control and remote control modes of the electrical control system are highlighted.
