摘  要:零部件的热负荷是发动机进一步强化受到限制的主要原因之一,直接影响到发动机的耐久性、可靠性和经济性。燃气发动机较柴油发动机的热负荷有明显提高,因此燃气发动机在设计时需考虑零部件热负荷承受能力。基于某型燃气发动机需求,设计一款专用钢顶铝裙式活塞,并对活塞进行热-结构耦合分析及疲劳分析。结果表明:活塞最大等效应力出现在钢顶和铝裙的连接螺栓处,最大应力为945 MPa,安全系数为1.716,满足工程使用要求。The thermal load of components is one of the main reasons limiting the further strengthening of engines,which directly affects the durability,reliability and economy of engines.The thermal load of gas engines is significantly higher than that of diesel engines,so the thermal load bearing capacity of components needs to be considered in the design of gas engines.Based on the requirements of a gas engine,a special steel top aluminum skirt piston is designed,and thermalstructural coupling analysis and fatigue analysis are performed on the piston.The results show that,the maximum equivalent stress of the piston appears at the connecting bolt between the steel top and the aluminum skirt,with a maximum stress of 945 MPa and a safety coefficient of 1.716,which meets the requirements for engineering application.
