摘  要:大体积混凝土结构的温度变形控制是防止混凝土开裂的最常用、最有效的技术措施。为使冷却循环水能够更加精准地调控大体积混凝土结构内部温度,在对大体积混凝土结构温控防裂对冷却循环水需求分析的基础上,提出大体积混凝土冷却循环水智能控制技术,并在此基础上研制大体积混凝土温度智能调控机。实践结果表明,大体积混凝土温度智能调控机能够按照预先设定的参数对冷却循环水的温度、流速及流向等进行全自动智能控制,大幅度提高了大体积混凝土温控防裂工作效率,实现了最大限度减少混凝土开裂的目的。Temperature deformation control of mass concrete structures is the most commonly used and effective technical measure to prevent concrete cracking.To enable the cooling circulating water to more accurately control the internal temperature of mass concrete structures,based on the analysis of the demand for cooling circulating water for temperature control and anti-cracking of mass concrete structures,the intelligent control technology of cooling circulating water for mass concrete is proposed,and an intelligent temperature control machine for mass concrete is developed on this basis.Practical results show that,the intelligent temperature control machine for mass concrete can automatically and intelligently control the temperature,flow rate and flow direction of the cooling circulating water according to the pre-set parameters,which greatly improves the efficiency of temperature control and anti-cracking of mass concrete and achieves the purpose of minimizing concrete cracking.
