摘 要:为提高沥青混合料三维模型的准确性,采用计算机断层扫描(CT)技术与Trainable Weka Segmentation(TWS)结合的方法,构建沥青混合料的三维非均质模型。通过工业CT扫描设备获取沥青混合料内部连续截面图像,利用TWS方法进行图像分割处理,将得到的图像信息导入MATLAB中重建沥青混合料的三维非均质模型。通过对比沥青混合料试件和三维模型内部结构不同组分的体积占比,验证模型的准确性。研究结果表明该方法重构的三维模型能够真实反映沥青混合料的细观结构。To improve the accuracy of the three-dimensional model of asphalt mixtures,a method of combining computed tomography(CT)technology with Trainable Weka Segmentation(TWS)is used to construct a threedimensional inhomogeneous model of asphalt mixtures.The continuous cross-section image inside the asphalt mixture is obtained through industrial CT scanning equipment,the image segmentation is processed by TWS method,and the obtained image information is imported into MATLAB to reconstruct the three-dimensional inhomogeneous model of the asphalt mixture.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the volume proportions of different components in the asphalt mixture specimen and in the internal structure of the three-dimensional model.The research results show that the three-dimensional model reconstructed by this method can truly reflect the mesostructure of asphalt mixtures.
