摘　　要：针对螺钉在振动试验过程中发生断裂,通过宏观观察、扫描电镜断口观察、能谱分析、化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相观察等手段对失效件进行分析,结果表明:螺钉强度较低,不能满足使用要求,发生疲劳断裂。The screw fractured after the vibration test.The failed screw was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,fracture observation by scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis,chemical composition testing,hardness testing and metallographic observation.The results show that the screw has low strength,which cannot meet the use requirements and results in fatigue fracture.
