摘 要:研究加工工艺参数对YT15硬质合金在中走丝电火花线切割的影响,采用单因素试验与正交试验相耦合的设计方法,以YT15硬质合金的加工速度和表面粗糙度为性能指标,重点研究分析脉冲宽度、脉冲间隙、峰值电流和伺服电压4个电参数对性能指标的影响规律。根据极差分析可知,各电参数影响加工速度的主次顺序为峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隙、伺服电压,影响表面粗糙度的主次顺序为脉冲宽度、峰值电流、伺服电压、脉冲间隙。利用模糊数学定理采用加权平均法进行综合分析可知,YT15硬质合金中走丝电火花线切割的最优参数组合为A4B1C4D4,即脉冲宽度40μs,脉冲间隙4挡,峰值电流12挡,伺服电压11挡。By adjusting the machining parameters,the influence of YT15 hardmetal on mediumspeed wire electrical discharge machining is determined.The design method of coupling single-factor experiment with orthogonal experiment is adopted,and with the machining speed and surface roughness of YT15 hardmetal as the performance indicators,the influence of four electrical parameters,including pulse width,pulse interval,peak current and servo voltage,on the performance indicators is emphatically studied and analyzed.According to the range analysis,the priority order in which each electrical parameter affects the machining speed is peak current,pulse width,pulse interval and servo voltage,and the priority order in which the surface roughness is affected is pulse width,peak current,servo voltage and pulse interval.By using fuzzy mathematical theorem and weighted average method for comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that,the optimal parameter combination is A_4B_1C_4D_4 for medium-speed wire electrical discharge machining of YT15 hardmetal,i.e.a pulse width of 40μs,a pulse interval of 4th gear,a peak current of 12th gear and a servo voltage of 11th gear.
