摘 要:利用有限元仿真软件Deform-3D对CNMG120412N-UX车刀片切削42CrMo钢进行模拟仿真,以切削参数为影响因素,设计三因素三水平的正交仿真试验方案。为保证仿真试验结果的可靠性,通过采取与仿真试验相同的切削参数进行车削试验,得出两者刀具磨损值的变化规律一致。对仿真结果进行极差分析,得到切削参数对刀具磨损影响的主次顺序依次为切削速度Vc、进给量fz、背吃刀量ap,并获得以降低磨损值大小为优化目标的最优切削参数方案:切削速度Vc为120 m/min,进给量fz为0.25 mm/r、背吃刀量ap为2.5 mm。The finite element simulation software Deform-3D is used to simulate the cutting of 42CrMo steel with CNMG120412N-UX turning inserts,and with cutting parameters as influence factors,a three-factor and three-level orthogonal simulation test plan is designed.To ensure the reliability of the simulation test results,a turning test is carried out using the same cutting parameters as the simulation test,and it is concluded that the change rules of the tool wear in both are consistent.Range analysis is carried out on the simulation results,it is concluded that the priority order in which the cutting parameters affect the tool wear is cutting speed V_c,feed f_z and back engagement a_p,and an optimal cutting parameter plan with the optimization goal of reducing the wear is obtained,i.e.a cutting speed V_c of 120 m/min,a feed f_z of 0.25 mm/r and a back engagement a_p of 2.5 mm.
