腐蚀疲劳作用下变桨轴承套圈材料的剩余寿命研究

摘  要:变桨轴承的工作环境往往比较恶劣,腐蚀将严重影响变桨轴承套圈的性能和寿命。同时,套圈存在微裂纹,交变载荷与腐蚀同时作用下,裂纹以腐蚀疲劳的方式进行扩展,直至断裂。为此,通过对标准试件进行裂纹扩展,以反映变桨轴承套圈失效位置的断裂过程和寿命。首先确定裂纹扩展模型,建立腐蚀疲劳下的裂纹扩展速率模型;其次分别计算标准试件,在弯扭交变载荷作用下,裂纹以腐蚀疲劳的方式,扩展的路径和寿命;再次将腐蚀疲劳、纯机械疲劳下的裂纹扩展路径与寿命进行对比分析;最后得到大气腐蚀下,相关文献中变桨轴承的断裂寿命一致,需要对变桨轴承套圈进行防腐处理的结论。后续将对变桨轴承套圈进行防腐处理后开展研究。The working environment of pitch bearings is often harsh,and corrosion will seriously affect the performance and life of pitch bearing rings.At the same time,there are microcracks on the rings,and under the simultaneous action of alternating load and corrosion,the cracks propagate in a corrosion fatigue manner until fracture.For this reason,crack propagation is performed on the standard test piece to reflect the fracture process and life of the failure location of the pitch bearing ring.Firstly,the crack propagation model is determined,and a crack propagation rate model under corrosion fatigue is established;secondly,the path and life of the crack on the standard test piece propagated in a corrosion fatigue manner under the action of bendingtorsion alternating load are calculated,respectively;the path and life of the crack propagated by corrosion fatigue and that by pure mechanical fatigue are compared and analyzed;finally,it is concluded that,under atmospheric corrosion,the fracture life of pitch bearings in relevant literature is consistent,and it is necessary to carry out anticorrosion treatment for pitch bearing rings.Subsequent research will be carried out after anti-corrosion treatment of pitch bearing rings.
