摘 要:螺杆总成作为双螺杆泵工作过程中的核心部件,其振动特性的研究对双螺杆泵的设计具有重要意义。应用转子动力学理论,基于声固耦合算法,考虑预应力对螺杆总成振动特性的影响,建立模态-谐响应计算模型,对双螺杆泵螺杆总成的固有振动特性进行动力学分析,得到螺杆总成的应力及变形图、前6阶固有频率及振型图、动态频域响应曲线图。结果显示,设计的结构满足强度和刚度要求,抗疲劳性能良好,机组在正常工况时运行不会发生共振,可为同类型双螺杆泵螺杆总成设计和应用提供参考。Screw assembly is the core component in the working process of the twin screw pump,and the research on its vibration characteristics is of great significance for the design of the twin screw pump.Applying the rotor dynamics theory,based on the acousticstructure interaction algorithm and considering the effect of prestressing on the vibration characteristics of the screw assembly,a modal-harmonic response calculation model is established for dynamic analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of the screw assembly of the twin screw pump to obtain the stress and deformation diagram,the first six-order natural frequency and vibration mode diagram and the dynamic frequencydomain response curve of the screw assembly.The results show that,the designed structure meets the strength and stiffness requirements and has good fatigue resistance,and machine operation under normal working conditions will not generate resonance,which can provide a reference for the design and application of screw assemblies of similar twin screw pumps.
