摘 要:在地下隧道工程领域,盾构的吊刀换刀技术是提升施工效率和保障作业安全的关键。针对传统带压盾构在换刀过程中面临的高温高压环境挑战,设计一种新型常压盾构内吊刀装置。该装置不仅提高了换刀效率,而且降低了作业风险。通过SOLIDWORKS软件建模分析,详细介绍吊刀装置的工作原理、结构组成和液压系统设计。多个工程项目的现场应用案例进一步验证了新设计的有效性,为盾构施工技术的发展提供了新思路。In the field of underground tunnel engineering,the shield cutter lifting and changing technology is the key to improving construction efficiency and guaranteeing operation safety.In view of the challenges of high-temperature and high-pressure environment during cutter changing of traditional pressure shield,a new atmospheric shield cutter lifting device is designed.This device not only improves the cutter changing efficiency,but also reduces operational risks.Through modelling and analysis by software SOLIDWORKS,the working principle,structural composition and hydraulic system design of the cutter lifting device are introduced in detail.The on-site application cases of several engineering projects further verify the effectiveness of the new design,providing new ideas for the development of shield construction technology.
