摘　　要：为解决超重超大断面的箱形钢构件在生产过程中进行翻转时,桁车起重能力受限、构件翻转空间受限及强度不够产生严重变形和安全风险等问题,设计一种适用于超大断面箱形钢构件生产加工过程中的翻转装置。该翻转机构包含上部翻转机构、下部翻转机构、上横梁、下横梁、调节丝杠、连接高栓等部件,使用翻转装置能够安全、可靠、高效的对超重超大断面箱型钢构件进行360°翻转,也有效规避了超重超大断面箱形钢构件使用桁车单独进行翻转时易出现重心失稳产生瞬时冲击力的安全风险,此翻转装置的研制和使用对行业内超大断面箱形钢构件的生产加工具有重要意义。To solve the problems of limited lifting capacity of the truss crane,limited space for component turnover and serious deformation and safety risks due to insufficient strength when turning over the superheavy and large-section steel box components during production,a turnover device applicable to the production and processing of large-section steel box components is designed.The turnover mechanism consists of upper turnover mechanism,lower turnover mechanism,upper beam,lower beam,adjusting screw,high-strength connecting bolts,etc.The use of the turnover device can safely,reliably and efficiently turn over the super-heavy and largesection steel box components by 360 and effectively avoid the safety risk of instantaneous impact force caused by instability of the center of gravity when the super-heavy and large-section steel box components are turned over by the truss crane.The development and application of the turnover device are of great significance for the production and processing of large-section steel box components in the industry.
