摘　　要：在工程机械行业中,新建智能切割下料线成为发展趋势,原有无序混乱、不可追溯的钢板管理方式已经不能适应新的生产组织模式。基于智能天车搬运的钢板出入库管理系统,打通钢板来料、仓储、消耗等各环节的信息孤岛,实现钢板自动出入库管理、切割上料智能化管理,大幅降低了劳动强度,提高了账物相符率。这套系统可为钢板库存的动态追溯提供解决方案,助力企业合理降低原材料库存。In the construction machinery industry,the construction of new intelligent cutting lines has become a development trend,and the original disordered and untraceable steel plate management can no longer adapt to the new production organization mode.The steel plate inbound and outbound management system based on intelligent crane handling opens up the information islands in various links such as steel plate incoming,storage and consumption,achieves automatic steel plate inbound and outbound management and intelligent cutting and loading management,significantly reduces labor intensity and improves the consistency between the accounts and physical inventory.This system provides a solution for dynamic traceability of steel plate inventory and helps enterprises reasonably reduce raw material inventory.
