摘　　要：脑功能损伤相关疾病发病率逐年上升,积极有效护脑、健脑已经成为人类健康面临的一大挑战。郭义教授基于中华传统文化智慧、中医经典理论、现代科学以及团队30余年的研究,发现刺激井穴具有较好的健脑护脑作用,提出了“井穴刺激、启智健脑”以及“井脑(心)相关”等学术观点。通过探究古今井穴相关文献,从理论与实践两部分探讨井穴健脑护脑的理论依据、作用机制及临床疗效,以期为井穴干预(诊断、预防、治疗、预防保健)脑损伤相关疾病、发挥健脑护脑作用提供理论依据,推动井穴更广泛的临床应用。The incidence of brain function-related diseases has been increasing annually,and actively protecting and enhancing brain health has become a major challenge for human health.Professor GUO Yi,based on the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture,classic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,modern science,and over 30 years of research by his team,has found that stimulating the Well acupoints has significant benefits for brain health.He proposed the academic concepts of“Well acupoint stimulation for brain health enhancement”and“Well acupoint-brain(heart)correlation”.By exploring ancient and modern literature on Well acupoints,this study examines both the theoretical and practical aspects of the brain-enhancing and brain-protecting effects of Well acupoint stimulation,including its theoretical basis,mechanisms of action,and clinical efficacy.This study is expected to provide a theoretical foundation for Well acupoint interventions in the diagnosis,prevention,treatment,and healthcare of brain function-related diseases,and to promote the broader clinical application of Well acupoint therapy.
