摘　　要：湿邪是慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)发生发展的重要病理产物及病理机制,祛湿复气化是中医学重要治疗手段,然而鲜有研究者提及CKD中湿邪本质研究。本文结合脑-肠-肾轴理论,拓展了CKD中湿邪的产生与致病机制的认识,从另一角度解释CKD中湿邪的广泛性、复杂性、难治性,为临床治疗提供了新思维。Dampness is an important pathological product and mechanism in the development of chronic kidney disease(CKD).The removal of dampness and the promotion of qi transformation are key therapeutic strategies in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).However,there has been limited research focusing on the essence of dampness in CKD.This article,based on the brain-gut-kidney axis theory,expands the understanding of the generation and pathogenic mechanisms of dampness in CKD.It provides a new perspective on the prevalence,complexity,and difficulty of treating dampness in CKD,offering fresh insights for clinical treatment.
