摘　　要：针刺手法是针灸发挥疗效的关键,是揭示针灸作用规律与机制的重要切入点。随着针灸学科的更新迭代,围绕针刺手法的研究正逐步迈向针刺手法“为何”治病以及“如何更好”治病的探索。在计算针灸学理念推动下,针刺手法研究以数据为核心要素,正在面向临床应用、作用机制、表征量化,模拟评估的信息化、网络化、数字化、智能化。尽管计算针灸学尚在起步阶段,但其蕴含的新思路、新方法将提升针刺手法研究的深度与广度,这对针灸学的整体发展将具有重要意义。Acupuncture manipulation is key to the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and serves as an important entry point for revealing the principles and mechanisms of acupuncture.With the continuous evolution of the field of acupuncture,research on acupuncture manipulation is gradually shifting towards exploring“why”acupuncture treats diseases and“how to better”treat diseases.Driven by the concept of computational acupuncture,research on acupuncture manipulation,with data as a core element,is increasingly oriented towards clinical application,mechanism of action,characterization and quantification,as well as the informatization,networking,digitalization,and intelligence of simulation and evaluation.Although computational acupuncture is still in its early stages,the new ideas and methods it contains are expected to enhance the depth and breadth of acupuncture manipulation research,which have significant implications for the overall development of acupuncture.
