摘　　要：“肾虚精亏,精室失用”理论的构建来源于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论,充实于临床实践,认为“肾虚精亏”为男科疾病的核心病机之一,“精室失用”是整个病程的最终环节。基于此理论确立了补肾生精的核心治法,同时诸法兼施以祛精室之邪实,探讨女贞子-黄柏、巴戟天-肉桂、山药-茯苓、怀牛膝-红景天等药对在常见泌尿男科疾病中的应用,亦遵中医整体观念,多脏腑协调、整体与局部并重。“肾虚精亏,精室失用”理论细化了“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论,夯实了中医理论基础,拓展了中医临床诊疗思路,具有广阔应用前景。The theory of“deficiency of kidney essence resulting in semen chamber dysfunction”originates from the“brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber”axis theory and is enriched through clinical practice.It posits that“deficiency of kidney essence”is the core pathogenesis of andrological diseases,and“semen chamber dysfunction”represents the final stage of the disease.Based on this theory,the core treatment method focuses on tonifying the kidneys and replenishing essence,while simultaneously resolving the pathological excess in the semen chamber.The application of drugs such as Ligustri Lucidi Fructus-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Morindae Officinalis Radix-Cinnamomi Cortex,Dioscoreae Rhizoma-Poria,and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix-Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma in common urological andrological diseases is explored,adhering to holistic view in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),balancing multi-organ coordination,and integrating both systemic and local treatments.The theory of“deficiency of kidney essence resulting in semen chamber dysfunction”refines the“brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber”axis theory,strengthens the TCM theoretical foundation,and expands its clinical diagnosis and treatment approaches,offering vast potential for application.
