摘 要:将柴油机改装为火花塞点火模式时,通常将火花塞安装在喷油嘴原有位置。然而,由于喷油嘴可能存在偏心布置,改装后的火花塞位置可能偏离燃烧室中心,因此有必要研究火花塞偏心布置对发动机性能的影响。基于3D CFD燃烧模拟,研究了点火位置对氨氢融合燃料发动机燃烧与排放的影响。结果表明,与中心点火相比,偏心点火使火焰前锋更早进入活塞内凹式燃烧室的挤压区,降低了燃烧速率,导致峰值压力下降及CA50燃烧相位滞后,进而降低了指示热效率。然而,峰值压力位置和氮污染物排放浓度对火花塞的偏心布置不敏感。因此,采用优化点火时刻补偿偏心布置火花塞引起的不对称燃烧效果具有局限性。建议优先选择喷油嘴布置于燃烧室中心的柴油机进行火花点火改装,以更有效提升氨氢融合燃料发动机的性能。In the process of converting a diesel engine to a spark ignition mode,the spark plug is typically installed in the original injector position.However,due to potential eccentric placement of the injector,the modified spark plug may not be perfectly centered in the combustion chamber,making it necessary to investigate the impact of eccentric spark plug placement on engine performance.Using 3D CFD combustion simulations,the effect of ignition position on the combustion and emission performance of an ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel engine was investigated.The results indicated that,compared to central ignition,eccentric ignition caused the flame front to enter the squish region of the bowl-in-piston chamber earlier,reducing the combustion rate,lowering peak pressure,and delaying the CA50 combustion phase,which decreased the indicated thermal efficiency.Nevertheless,peak pressure location and nitrogen pollutant concentrations were found to be insensitive to the eccentric placement of the spark plug.Consequently,the effectiveness of using optimized ignition timing to mitigate the asymmetric combustion effects caused by eccentric spark plug placement is limited,suggesting that diesel engines with centrally located injectors should be used for spark ignition conversion to more effectively enhance the performance of ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel engines.
