摘  要:重点对双纵轴流联合收割机的脱粒分离装置进行优化设计。通过对双纵轴流联合收割机的脱粒滚筒设计计算,对凹板参数以及轴流滚筒上顶盖导流板的优化设计。以籽粒破碎率和未脱净率为性能指标进行田间试验。通过田间试验,最终确定了在不同喂入量下,双纵轴流联合收割机脱粒分离装置在收割玉米时,最佳的工作参数。并且在满足以上条件下,达到了国家标准指标要求。This article focuses on the optimization design of the threshing and separation device of the dual vertical axis flow combine harvester.By designing and calculating the threshing drum of the dual axial flow combine harvester,optimizing the parameters of the concave plate and the top cover guide plate of the axial flow drum.Conduct field experiments using grain breakage rate and uncleaned rate as performance indicators.Through field experiments,the optimal working parameters for the threshing and separation device of the dual axial flow combine harvester during corn harvesting were ultimately determined at different feeding rates.And under the above conditions,it meets the index requirements of the national standard.
