摘　　要：目前,大功率无级变速拖拉机中,常用闭式液压系统作为传动系调速的组成部分,且通常由变量泵与定量马达组成,具备速比连续、动力传递平稳、操作舒适性好等优点。但该系统在工作中无法避免存在少量的油液泄漏和发热,一些变量泵通常会在内部集成一个补油泵而不需再从外部为其补油,而一体式泵马达紧凑的结构无法再进一步集成补油泵。本文主要介绍了一种用于拖拉机闭式系统的外置补油阀块,集成了润滑、散热旁通及控制功能,节省空间,方便压力测试与调整。At present,closed hydraulic system is commonly used as a part of transmission system speed change in high-power tractor and it is usually composed of the variable pump and constant motor.The tractor has the advantages of continuous speed ratio,smooth power transmission and good operating comfort.However,the system cannot avoid a small amount of oil leakage and heating during operation.Some variable pump usually integrate a refill pump internally without the need for an external refill,but the compact structure of the integrated pump motor cannot be further integrate the refill pump.So this paper introduces an extrapostion filling-oil valve used for tractor closed speed control hydraulic system integrated with lubrication and cooling bypass and control function,save space,facilitate pressure testing and adjustment.
