摘  要:以二轴传动理论为基础,给出了三轴传动的分析方法与几何计算,阐述了三轴传动与二轴传动之间的区别与联系。提出了带传动的包角和定律,进行了工作前后的受力分析、给出了工作状态关系图、力变形关系图,推导了工作状态关系式。进行了工作过程分析,提出了合成初拉力与假定二轴传动的概念,给出了各带轮上最大工作能力的计算公式,做出了综合性能曲线图,提供了三轴带传动工作能力的校核方法,进行了带速选择的相关分析。Based on the theory of two shaft transmissions,the analysis method and geometric calculation of three shaft transmissions are given,and the differences and relations between three shaft transmissions and two shaft transmissions are expounded.The wrap angle sum law of belt drive is put forward,the force analysis before and after operation is carried out,the working state relation diagram and force deformation relation diagram are given,and the working state relation formula is derived.The working process is analyzed,the concept of synthetic initial tension and assumed two shaft transmissions is put forward,the calculation formula of the maximum working capacity on each pulley is given,the comprehensive performance curve is made,the verification method of the working capacity of three-axis belt transmission is provided,and the correlation analysis of belt speed selection is carried out.
