在役桥梁橡胶支座的病害分析研究

摘  要:通过对镇江某区域城市主干道多座桥梁,共计300多个板式橡胶支座进行检测,发现部分板式橡胶支座存在病害现象,病害类型主要为支座破损开裂、支座转角过大、支座剪切变形,通过对各类病害进行分析,了解各类病害成因。通过有限元模拟橡胶支座的转角变形、剪切变形等病害情况,使用有限元软件ABAQUS试算得出了支座转角限值和支座剪切角度限值,并考虑两者同时存在时支座转角限值和剪切角限值的关系。Through the inspection of over 300 plate rubber bearings in multiple bridges in Zhenjiang,it was found that some plate rubber bearings have defects.The main types of defects are bearing damage and cracking,large bearing angles,and shear deformation.By analyzing various types of defects,the causes of each type of disease are understood.The Angle deformation and shear deformation of the rubber bearing are simulated by finite element method.The Angle limit and shear limit of the bearing are calculated by using finite element software ABAQUS,and the relationship between the Angle limit and shear limit of the bearing is considered when the two exist at the same time.
