摘 要:随着现代建筑技术的快速发展,大跨度钢结构逐渐成为主流建筑形式。然而,大跨度钢结构构件在焊接过程中容易出现焊缝变形,影响结构的整体性能。论文针对大跨度钢结构构件焊缝变形控制技术进行了深入研究,首先分析了焊缝变形的产生机理和影响因素;其次,对比了不同焊接方法对焊缝变形的影响;提出了一种综合应用预热、低应力无缝焊、焊后处理等多种措施的焊缝变形控制方案。研究结果表明,采用本文提出的焊缝变形控制方案可以有效地降低大跨度钢结构构件的焊缝变形,提高结构的安全性能和使用寿命。With the rapid development of modern construction technology,large-span steel structures have gradually become the mainstream building form.However,welding deformation of large-span steel structure components is a common issue during the welding process,which affects the overall performance of the structure.In this paper,the control technology of weld deformation of large-span steel structure members is deeply studied.Firstly,the mechanism and influencing factors of weld deformation are analyzed;secondly,the influence of different welding methods on weld deformation is compared.A weld deformation control scheme was proposed,which applied preheating,low-stress seamless welding and post-welding treatment.The results show that the weld deformation control scheme proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the weld deformation of long-span steel structure members and improve the safety performance and service life of the structure.
