摘 要:依托北京林萃路三条大直径管线改移穿越既有地铁13号线(地面线、碎石道床)某区间,总结出地下管线工程穿越既有地铁的变形规律,为类似穿越工程做出经验积累。本工程为了保障地铁的正常运行,管线顶进按照先后顺序施工,施工过程中既有地铁共发生11次预警。地铁运营部门先后进行4次轨道几何形位调整(仅对超控制值预警进行调整)。数据表明:①地下管线穿越既有地铁过程中轨道(路基)结构竖向变形较大,而水平位移变形较小(数据中微小波动均为误差影响);②碎石道床结构中轨道与路基因刚度不同,竖向变形未保持一致性;③穿越过程中两股轨道的差异沉降变形较小。通过对既有地铁的变形分析,验证了安全监测与模型建立的必要性。Based on the relocation of three large diameter pipelines along Beijing Lincui Road to cross a certain section of the existing subway line 13(ground line,gravel bed),this paper summarizes the deformation law analysis of underground pipeline engineering crossing the existing subway,and provides experience accumulation for similar crossing projects.In order to ensure the normal operation of the subway in this project,the pipeline jacking is carried out in sequence.During the construction process,there were a total of 11 warnings for the existing subway.The subway operation department has made four adjustments to the geometric shape of the track(only adjusting the warning for exceeding the control value).The data shows that:①during the process of underground pipelines passing through existing subways,the vertical deformation of the track(roadbed)structure is relatively large,while the horizontal displacement deformation is relatively small(small fluctuations in the data are all influenced by errors);②the stiffness of the track and road in the gravel bed structure is different,and the vertical deformation is not consistent;③the difference in settlement deformation between the two tracks during the crossing process is relatively small.The necessity of safety monitoring and model establishment was verified through deformation analysis of existing subways.
