摘  要:某高层住宅楼工程因施工质量存在问题,对其剪力墙竖向受力构件混凝土强度进行检测鉴定,根据现场检测数据分析、检测结果及原设计图纸相关参数,对其进行复核验算;该住宅楼4层部分剪力墙抗压强度不满足设计要求,复核验算结果显示部分剪力墙轴压比超限。论文详细介绍和叙述该住宅楼的工程概况、混凝土强度不足的原因、处理方案的选取、技术方案设计要点。经方案对比分析,重点介绍混凝土置换技术及工程应用,置换过程采用托换梁、托换柱、千斤顶、压力传感器等形成支撑与卸载体系,将上部荷载卸至下层剪力墙。混凝土置换是一种处理存在混凝土强度严重偏低或有严重缺陷承压构件直接高效的处理措施,该加固方法安全、高效、环保、经济、施工周期短,对解决此类问题效果十分显著。Due to construction quality problems of a high-rise residential building project,the concrete strength of its shear wall vertical stress members is tested and identified,and it is checked and calculated according to the analysis of field test data,test results and relevant parameters of the original design drawings.The compressive strength of some shear walls on the 4th floor of the residential building does not meet the design requirements,and the results show that the axial compression ratio of some shear walls exceeds the limit.This paper introduces and describes in detail the general situation of the project of the residential building,the reason of insufficient concrete strength,the selection of treatment scheme and the key points of technical scheme design.Through the comparison and analysis of the schemes,the paper focuses on the concrete displacement technology and engineering application.In the displacement process,the supporting beam,supporting column,jack and pressure sensor are used to form a supporting and unloading system,and the upper load is discharged to the lower shear wall.Concrete displacement is a direct and efficient treatment measure to deal with the severely low strength or serious defects of the bearing members.This strengthening method is safe,efficient,environmentally friendly,economical and has a short construction period,and has a significant effect on solving such problems.
