摘  要:现浇剪力墙中的配电箱安装常规技术一般采取先预留孔洞再安装箱体的传统工艺,前期预留工艺复杂,后期封堵工序增加,产生大量清理、剔凿的费用,人工及材料成本高,施工周期长。论文针对现有工艺的不足,研发一种现浇剪力墙直埋式配电箱安装定位装置及其施工方法,通过竖向、横向、垂向定位支撑实现配电箱上下、左右、前后六个方向的空间位置固定,不需现场焊接,确保安装精度,节省资源投入,避免配电箱及受力钢筋焊接烧伤,消除了混凝土浇筑过程中箱体变形位移的通病。配电箱定位装置制作简单、成本低廉,可并多次周转使用,是现浇剪力墙直埋式配电箱安装较为理想的专用工具。The conventional installation technology for distribution boxes in cast-in-situ shear walls generally adopts the traditional process of reserving holes before installing the box.The early stage of the reservation process is complex,while the later stage of the plugging process increases,resulting in a large amount of cleaning and chiseling costs,high labor and material costs,and long construction cycles.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing technology,this article develops a cast-in-place shear wall directly buried distribution box installation and positioning device and its construction method.Through vertical,horizontal,and vertical positioning support,the distribution box can be fixed in six directions:up and down,left and right,and front and rear.No on-site welding is required,ensuring installation accuracy,saving resource investment,and avoiding welding burns of the distribution box and load-bearing reinforcement,eliminates the common problem of box deformation and displacement during concrete pouring.The distribution box positioning device is simple to manufacture,low cost,and can be used repeatedly.It is an ideal special tool for the installation of cast-in-situ shear wall directly buried distribution boxes.
