摘 要:化学锚栓以其快捷的施工工艺、低廉的成本、良好的安全性被广泛应用于建筑玻璃幕墙工程,但受施工质量等因素影响,锚栓锚固力不易得到保障。为研究影响化学锚栓锚固力的施工因素,首先从化学锚栓的受力机理出发,分析了锚栓常见的三种破坏形式;其次结合实际检测案例,通过锚栓破坏性试验结果,分析了锚栓的破坏因素;最后通过现场试验手段并结合既有检测工程经验,详细研究了施工温度、锚栓孔内粉尘含量、锚栓孔内含水量、施工扰动四种施工因素对化学锚栓锚固力的影响程度。Chemical anchor bolts are widely used in building glass curtain wall projects due to their fast construction technology,low cost,and good safety.However,due to factors such as construction quality,the anchoring force of anchor bolts is not easily guaranteed.To study the construction factors that affect the anchoring force of chemical anchor bolts;firstly,starting from the force mechanism of chemical anchor bolts,three common failure forms of anchor bolts were analyzed;secondly,based on actual testing cases,the destructive factors of anchor bolts were analyzed through the results of anchor bolt destructive tests;finally,through on-site testing methods and combined with existing testing engineering experience,the impact of four construction factors,namely construction temperature,dust content in anchor bolt holes,water content in anchor bolt holes,and construction disturbance,on the anchoring force of chemical anchor bolts was studied in detail.
