摘　　要：随着国家对检验检测机构、检测和校准实验室的管理要求准则的实施,以及《建设工程质量检测管理办法》(住建部57号令)的发布,国家对工程检测机构也提出了更高的要求:管理信息化、记录电子化、档案管理电子化。论文将探索建设工程领域实验室的信息化管理,开发智能终端拟实施电子化记录,在人员、设备、环境设施、报告等环节,通过提升管控手段,更加有效地识别实验室风险,从而加强实验室内部检测过程管理,便于质量控制与监督管理,使检验检测机构更好地服务于基础设施建设及其他建筑领域,服务于政府、公众监督。With the strong quality demands from governments,organizations and the public,inspection laboratories play an important role in quality inspection and supervision.With implementation of national standards for the management of inspection laboratories,calibration laboratories and inspection institutions,as well as the issuance of 57 decree by Ministry of Housing,our country has proposed higher request to project inspection institutions,including management informatization and electronation for records and archives.The intention of this article is to investigate how to achieve informatization management for laboratory and development of intelligent terminals to implement electronic records in the field of construction and develop.Also in the stage of management of personnel,equipment,environment facility and reports,to investigate how to identify laboratory risks in a more effective way by improving control methods.The purpose is to enhance the internal inspection process management of the laboratory,which is benefit to quality control,supervision and management.So that the inspection and testing institutions can better serve infrastructure and other construction fields,as a means of supervision for the public and governments.
