摘　　要：由于生产需要,计划在一炼钢钢水接收跨中新增350 t吊车,且钢水接收跨中全部为变截面直角突变式吊车梁,容易出现疲劳开裂,本次改造需增加吊车起重量。为了解此种吊车梁使用现状及能否满足更换起重机的要求,需对现有钢水接收跨厂房各结构系统进行检测鉴定,并对钢水接收跨吊车梁进行专项测试及分析,为本次改造可行性提供依据,并提出处理意见。Due to production needs,it is planned to add a 350t crane in the molten steel receiving span of a steel making,and all the molten steel receiving spans are variable cross-section right-angle mutation crane beams,which are prone to fatigue and cracking.This transformation needs to increase the crane's lifting weight.In order to understand the current status of the use of this type of crane beam and whether it can meet the requirements of replacing cranes,it is necessary to test and appraise the various structural systems of the existing molten steel receiving span plant,and conduct special tests and analysis on the molten steel receiving span crane beam.This transformation is feasible Provide a basis for sex,and put forward suggestions for handling,point under multiple working conditions.Compare the test results with relevant national standards and specifications to determine whether the vibration amplitude(vibration level)exceeds the specification requirements.If the vibration amplitude(vibration level)exceeds the limit,analyze the cause of the over-limit and propose an economically sound vibration control plan.Provide a basis for vibration problems of different buildings.
