摘  要:论文以江苏九如建设有限公司徐矿城二期东地块(A-2、A-3地块)项目为例,介绍了采用管井降水方式作为施工保证措施的大底盘多塔结构建设工程在需持续降水阶段对管井降水的改造与利用方法。即通过在传统降水管井上安装自动卸压装置,实现自动降水,将降水管井并联组网,并因地制宜建立蓄水池,从而对地下水进行有组织收集、存储,再通过加压泵将收集的地下水输送至各用水点,最终实现将管井降水有效利用为项目混凝土养护、砌筑拌灰等施工生产用水以及围墙喷淋、出入车辆冲洗、道路洒水降尘等环卫消防用水[1]。结果表明,此方法摆脱了项目后期对专业降水单位驻场降水的依赖,大大缩短了纯地下室部分管井降水台班,同时满足施工要求,避免地下室在顶板未回填覆土前上浮。收集的地下水用于项目施工生产与环卫消防等非饮用水,代替部分市政自来水使用并减少向外排水,不仅响应政府号召,实现绿色施工,而且产生了良好的经济、社会与企业效益,对类似建设项目水资源节约具有一定的参考作用。This article takes the Jiangsu Jiuru Construction Co.,Ltd.Xukuancheng Phase II East Block(A-2,A-3 Block)project as an example to introduce the transformation and utilization methods of tube well precipitation during the continuous precipitation stage of the large chassis multi tower structure construction project,which uses tube well precipitation as a construction guarantee measure.By installing an automatic pressure relief device on traditional precipitation tube wells,automatic precipitation is achieved.The precipitation tube wells are connected in parallel to form a network,and a reservoir is established according to local conditions,in order to organize the collection and storage of groundwater.The collected groundwater is then transported to various water consumption points through a booster pump,ultimately achieving the effective utilization of precipitation in the tube wells for construction production water such as concrete maintenance,masonry and ash mixing,as well as for wall spraying,vehicle flushing in and out of the project Water for environmental sanitation and fire protection such as road watering and dust reduction.The results show that this method breaks away from the dependence of professional precipitation units on on-site precipitation in the later stage of the project,greatly shortens the precipitation shift of some pure basement pipe wells,and meets the construction requirements,avoiding the basement from floating before the top plate is covered with soil.The collected groundwater is used for non-drinking water such as project construction production and environmental sanitation and fire protection,replacing some municipal tap water and reducing external drainage.Not only did it respond to the government's call to achieve green construction,but it also generated good economic,social,and corporate benefits,which has a certain reference value for water resource conservation in similar construction projects.
