摘　　要：针对石材雕像的保护性迁移问题,提出基础分离式型钢托架加槽钢保护套成套吊装转运技术。研究大吨位、不规则异型、成品保护要求条件高等复杂条件下雕像转运吊装施工工艺措施。基于雕像与基础顶升进行分离,型钢吊装托架衬底,密贴型专用型钢吊耳,雕像防倾覆与防破损保护装置,吊具与雕像非接触式吊装等技术研究,形成系统性的雕像吊装与迁移建造工艺。以其为日益增加的雕像文物吊装及转运提供可靠技术保障。Aiming at the problem of protective relocation of stone carved cultural relics,a complete set of lifting and transferring technology of foundation separated type steel bracket and channel steel protective sleeve is presented in this paper.It studies the construction technology measures of statue transferring and lifting under the complex conditions such as large tonnage,irregular shapes and high requirements for finished product protection.Based on the research on the separation of statue and foundation lifting,the backing of section steel lifting bracket,the special section steel lifting lug,the anti-overturning and anti-damage protection device of statue,and the non-contact lifting of sling and statue,a systematic statue lifting and transferring construction process is formed,to provide reliable technical support for the increasing number of statues and cultural relics lifting and transferring.
