摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了Zr-O-Si结构的锆改性苯基有机硅树脂(ZSR),并深入探究了其在高温环境下的性能表现及机理。通过热重分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射等多种表征手段的综合应用,发现Zr的引入显著提高了有机硅树脂的耐高温性能,其残余质量大幅增加。进一步的分析表明,Zr元素的作用机理可能包括形成致密的SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)陶瓷相以及猝灭自由基,有效地维持了树脂结构的完整性。Zirconium-modified Phenyl organosilicon resin with a Zr-O-Si structured resin(ZSR)was successfully synthesized using the sol-gel method and its performance and mechanism in high-temperature environments were investigated.Through comprehensive characterization techniques such as thermogravimetric analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction,it was found that the introduction of Zr significantly improved the high-temperature resistance of the organic silicone resin,resulting in a substantial increase in residual mass.Further analysis revealed that the mechanism of Zr element may include the formation of dense SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2) ceramic phase and the quenching of free radicals,effectively maintaining the integrity of the resin structure.
