摘  要:选用了发气量不同的发泡剂25C和AC来改变气体聚集状态,制备了不同气体聚集状态的聚丙烯(PP)/玄武岩纤维(BF)发泡复合材料,研究了其发泡质量与力学性能。结果发现,两种发泡剂对PP/BF发泡复合材料的发泡质量与力学性能的影响规律相似。但随着发泡剂含量增加,PP/BF复合材料的发泡质量变好,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度和模量均逐渐降低,缺口冲击强度呈先减小后增加趋势。This article selects 25C and AC foaming agents with different gas generation volumes to change the gas aggregation state,and prepares polypropylene(PP)/basalt fiber(BF)foaming composite materials with different gas aggregation states.The foaming quality and mechanical properties are studied.It was found that the two foaming agents have similar effects on the foaming quality and mechanical properties of PP/BF foaming composite materials.However as the foaming agent content increases,the foaming quality of PP/BF composite materials improves,their tensile strength,bending strength,and modulus gradually decrease,while the notched impact strength shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
