摘 要:通过选择性激光烧结技术制备聚醚砜树脂(PES)/玻璃纤维(GF)/空心玻璃微珠(HGB)复合材料(PES/GF/HGB)的拉伸和弯曲烧结件,为保证一定的轻量化效果,试验中固定HGB添加量为体积分数20%,研究GF添加量为体积分数0~5%时对PES/GF/HGB烧结件的显微组织、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、密度及表面粗糙度(Ra值)的影响。结果表明:GF的添加使烧结件拉伸强度整体出现小幅降低,但对其断裂伸长率和弯曲强度具有一定提升作用;当添加3%GF时,烧结件断裂伸长率提升21.30%;当添加5%GF时,烧结件弯曲强度提升9.75%。此外,GF的添加对烧结件的密度和Ra值影响较小。The tensile and bending sintered parts of polyethersulfone resin/glass fiber/hollow glass microsphere(PES/GF/HGB)composites were fabricated by selective laser sintering technology.To ensure a certain lightweight effect,the addition amount of HGB was fixed at 20%by volume fraction in the experiment,and the influence of GF addition amount ranging from 0 to 5%by volume fraction on the microstructure,tensile strength,bending strength,density and surface roughness(Ra value)of PES/GF/HGB sintered parts were investigated.The results indicate that the addition of GF leads to a slight overall reduction in the tensile strength of the sintered parts,but it has a certain enhancing effect on the elongation at break and bending strength.When 3%GF is added,the elongation at break of the sintered parts increases by 21.30%;when 5%GF is added,the bending strength of the sintered parts increases by 9.75%.Additionally,the addition of GF has a minor influence on the density and Ra value of the sintered parts.
