摘  要:通过双螺杆挤出机制备了回收聚乙烯(RHDPE)复合材料,探究了阻聚剂不同种类和用量对其改性剂(RHES)化学成分、熔体流动速率和其力学性能的影响。结果表明:RHES中交联物多于接枝物;阻聚剂种类及用量对RHES流动性影响显著;当二甲基亚砜(DMSO)用量为1.9%时,RHDPE/RHES综合力学性能最佳,冲击强度提高到8.48倍,拉伸屈服应力和弯曲弹性模量保持率分别为86.6%和70%。Recycled polyethylene(RHDPE)composite materials were prepared by twin-screw extrusion mechanism,and the effects of different types and amounts of polymerization inhibitors on the chemical composition,melt flow rate,and mechanical properties of their modifiers were investigated.The results show that there are more crosslinks than grafts in the modifier(RHES);The type and dosage of polymerization inhibitors have a significant impact on the flowability of RHES;When the dosage of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)is 1.9%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of RHDPE/RHES are optimal,with an impact strength increased by 8.48 times,and the retention rates of tensile yield stress and bending elastic modulus are 86.6%and 70%,respectively.
