摘　　要：将3种黄颜料和2种橙颜料分别加入高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管材料中,研究了5种颜料对HDPE管材料耐候性能的影响。结果表明:5种颜料在HDPE基体中均分散良好,且对HDPE管材料的力学性能影响较小。HDPE管材料老化后的变色情况与颜料的品种和结构有关。当氙灯辐照2000 h时,HDPE管材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均出现不同程度的下降。Three types of yellow pigments and two types of orange pigments were added to high-density polyethylene(HDPE)pipe materials,and the effects of the five pigments on the weather resistance of HDPE pipe materials were studied.The results showed that all five pigments were well dispersed in the HDPE matrix and had little effect on the mechanical properties of HDPE pipe materials.The discoloration of HDPE pipe material after aging was related to the variety and structure of pigments.When irradiated with xenon lamp for 2000 hours,the tensile strength and elongation at break of HDPE pipe material showed varying degrees of decrease.
