摘  要:将高强度高韧性的低密度聚乙烯与氧化石墨烯掺杂共混,经过碳化和石墨化等工艺,制得一种高柔性石墨烯导热膜。结果表明:该导热膜的导热系数不低于1500 W/(m·K),拉伸模量不低于700 MPa,且进行30万次弯折后未断裂。A high-strength and high-toughness low-density polyethylene was doped and blended with graphene oxide,and a highly flexible graphene thermal conductive film was prepared through processes such as carbonization and graphitization.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive film is not less than 1500 W/(m·K),the tensile modulus is not less than 700 MPa,and it has not broken after 300000 bending cycles.
