摘 要:本研究使用气相色谱仪,建立溶剂型涂料中6种苯类物质和8种醚类物质的测定方法。样品经过乙酸乙酯提取,经过涡旋振荡、超声、离心后,取上清液上机。采用氢火焰离子检测器,通过DB-wax毛细管色谱柱上进行分离,内标法定量。通过选择合适的内标物,考察不同样品前处理条件、不同类型色谱柱下实验情况,确定最优的实验条件。结果表明:苯类和醚类在5-100mg/L范围内呈现良好线性关系,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.998。方法检出限0.5mg/L,方法定量限1mg/L。在5,20,100mg/L三个浓度进行加标回收实验,苯类物质回收率范围在82.8%-113.4%之间,RSD在1.89%-5.21%之间,醚类物质回收率范围在:84.9%-118.9%之间,RSD在1.46%-4.51%之间。该方法快速、简便、准确度高、重现性好,适用于溶剂型涂料中苯类和醚类物质的检测。A gas chromatograph was used to establish a determination method for 6 benzene compounds and 8 ether compounds in solvent based coatings.The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate,and after vortex oscillation,ultra-sound,and centrifugation,the supernatant was taken and processed.Using a hydrogen flame ion detector,separation was performed on a DB-wax capillary chromatography column,and quantification was performed using an internal standard method.By selecting appropriate internal standards and examining the experimental conditions under dif-ferent extraction solvents and chromatographic columns,the optimal experimental conditions are determined.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between benzene and ether in the range of 5-100 mg/L,with correlation coefficients(R^(2))greater than 0.998.The detection limit of the method is 0.5 mg/L,and the quantitative limit of the method is 1 mg/L.At three concentrations of 5 mg/L,20 mg/L,and 100 mg/L,spiked recovery experi-ments were conducted.The recovery rates of benzene compounds ranged from 82.8%to 113.4%,RSD was between 1.89%to 5.21%,ether compounds ranged from 84.9%to 118.9%,and RSD was between 1.46%to 4.51%.This method is fast,simple,highly accurate,and has good reproducibility,and is suitable for the detection of benzene and ether substances in solvent based coatings.
