消费视角下青洲山工业遗产的场景创新与保护研究

摘　　要：围绕澳门地区百年青洲英坭厂工业遗产的保护与可活化发展进行了相关研究,系统梳理了2017年以来国内外相关理论的演进脉络及实践探索的经典案例。研究发现,在澳门地区“场所”特殊定义的工业遗产保护政策下,其活化发展仍面临一定的局限和困境,包括价值认定、生态可持续发展以及改造利用等方面的挑战。基于澳门地区工业遗产的时代特征,探讨了在知识经济时代背景下,城市发展逻辑的演变,即从生产导向的城市建设模式逐步转向以生活方式与个人体验为核心的城市营造趋势,以推动高质量城市发展的目标。通过研究实践与多元文化的深入分析,指出工业遗产保护不仅应延续历史产业建筑的价值,还应融入创新产业的发展需求,使其成为融合场景体验、消费理念与创新价值的城市空间表达方式。This study focuses on the preservation and adaptive reuse of the century-old Qingzhou Anglo-Chinese Cement Factory industrial heritage in Macao,systematically reviewing the evolution of relevant theories and exemplary cases of practical exploration since 2017.The research identifies key challenges in the revitalization of industrial heritage under Macao’s region unique policy framework,including issues related to value recognition,ecological sustainability,and adaptive reuse.Based on the historical characteristics of Macao’s region industrial heritage,this paper explores the transformation of urban development logic in the knowledge economy era-shifting from a production-oriented urban construction model to a city-building approach centered on lifestyle and personal experience,aiming to promote high-quality urban development.Through research practice and in-depth analysis of multicultural influences,this study argues that the protection of industrial heritage should not only ensure the continuity of historical industrial architecture but also integrate the needs of emerging industries,transforming it into an urban spatial expression that combines scene-based experiences,consumer-oriented concepts,and innovative value.
