摘　　要：文章主要研究了双曲面现浇钢筋混凝土薄壳结构的施工工艺。针对双曲面现浇钢筋混凝土薄壳结构施工难点,采用Solid Works三维软件,将三维空间结构简化为多个二维构件,实现快速、精确的空间定位;同时,研究了竖向、水平双向曲面模板与支撑系统的设计,优化钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑等工序,形成一套完整的曲面薄板现浇结构施工技术。实现了对双曲面现浇钢筋混凝土薄壳结构的精确定位,提高了施工过程的科学性和合理性,从而保证施工质量。This article mainly studies the construction technology of hyperbolic cast-in-place reinforced concrete thin shell structures.In response to the construction difficulties of hyperbolic cast-in-place reinforced concrete thin shell structures,Solid Works three-dimensional software is used to simplify the three-dimensional spatial structure into multiple two-dimensional components,achieving fast and accurate spatial positioning;At the same time,the design of vertical and horizontal bi-directional curved formwork and support systems was studied,and the processes of steel reinforcement binding and concrete pouring were optimized to form a complete set of construction techniques for curved thin plate cast-in-place structures.This article studies the construction technology of hyperbolic cast-in-place reinforced concrete thin shell structures,achieving precise positioning of hyperbolic cast-in-place reinforced concrete thin shell structures,improving the scientificity and rationality of the construction process,and ensuring construction quality.
