摘 要:探讨了高层建筑中沉降后浇带的配置及其封闭时机对结构稳定性的影响。通过现场沉降监测和有限元模拟分析,深入分析了新建高层建筑主楼之间以及主楼与后浇带交界处的沉降差异,并据此推导出后浇带的最佳封闭时机。研究表明,合理布置沉降后浇带对于实现建筑的均匀沉降至关重要,而准确掌握封闭时机能够有效防止结构裂缝的产生。通过对特定工程项目中A栋、B栋及沉降后浇带两侧结构的沉降监测数据进行分析,并结合ABAQUS软件模拟的沉降-时间曲线,提出了一种基于沉降差异的后浇带封闭时机决策方法,此方法不仅提高了结构的安全性,还为类似工程项目提供了科学的参考依据。This study aims to explore the configuration of post settlement pouring strips in high-rise buildings and the impact of their closure timing on structural stability.Through on-site settlement monitoring and finite element simulation analysis,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the settlement differences between the main buildings of newly constructed high-rise buildings and at the junction of the main building and the post pouring strip,and derived the optimal closure timing for the post pouring strip based on this.Research has shown that the reasonable arrangement of post settlement pouring strips is crucial for achieving uniform settlement of buildings,and accurately grasping the timing of closure can effectively prevent the occurrence of structural cracks.By analyzing the settlement monitoring data of the main building A,main building B,and the structures on both sides of the settlement pouring belt in a specific engineering project,and combining it with the settlement time curve simulated by ABAQUS software,this study proposes a decision-making method for the closure timing of the pouring belt based on settlement differences.This method not only improves the safety of the structure,but also provides a scientific reference for similar engineering projects.
