摘 要:文章介绍了一种笼式搅拌钻机的构成及研制。论述了笼式搅拌桩的施工工艺。笼式搅拌钻机由单轴动力头、笼式钻具和自动化控制系统构成,尤其是笼式钻具的结构设计,通过外框和内轴上的叶片相互切割、搅拌,克服了传统单轴搅拌钻机易抱钻、无法切割破碎土体等问题。自动化控制系统则通过变频器、传感器、可编程控制器等硬件,实现了对动力头、泥浆泵等设备的精确控制。采用“一喷一搅”施工工艺,边提升,边搅拌成桩,通过提高转速和增加叶片数来提升BRN,确保成桩质量。试验证明,笼式搅拌钻机在相同条件下,搅拌均匀性更好,芯样无侧限抗压强度更高。This paper introduces the development of a cage-type stirring drilling rig and its key construction techniques.The cage-type stirring drilling rig consists of a single-axis power head,a cage drilling tool,and an automation control system.Especially,the structure design of the cage drilling tool overcomes the problems of easy drill jamming and inability to cut and crush the soil in traditional single-axis stirring drilling rigs by cutting and stirring with the blades on the outer frame and inner shaft.The automation control system achieves precise control of the power head and slurry pump equipment through hardware such as variable frequency drives,sensors,and programmable logic controllers.The“one spray one stir”construction process involves lifting and stirring the pile while mixing,and improving the BRN by increasing the rotation speed and number of blades to ensure the quality of the pile.The test proves that the cage-type stirring drilling rig has better stirring uniformity and higher unconfined compressive strength of the core sample under the same conditions.
