摘 要:秦宫一路西辅道钢箱梁安装工程中,起重机具选择与支架设计至关重要,文章综合钢箱梁尺寸、重量、安装位置及现场条件等因素,对起重机具选择进行分析,筛选出适配设备,确保吊装稳定可靠,满足施工安全与效率需求。临时支架设计方面,借助MIADAS软件,文中设定多种荷载工况,模拟受力情况,精准掌握应力分布、变形及稳定性状态,优化结构设计,保障临时支架能承受各类荷载。经对起重机具理论计算和临时支架受力模拟,充分验证了吊装机具选用和支架结构设计的可行性,为工程安全施工提供有力保障。In the installation project of the steel box girder on the west auxiliary road of Qingong 1st Road,the selection of hoisting equipment and the design of the support frame are of vital importance.When selecting hoisting equipment,factors such as the size,weight,installation location of the steel box girder,and on-site conditions are comprehensively considered.Calculations and analyses are carried out on the hoisting equipment,and suitable equipment is screened out to ensure stable and reliable hoisting,meeting the requirements of construction safety and efficiency.In terms of the design of the temporary support frame,with the aid of the MIADAS software,multiple load conditions are set,and the stress situations are simulated.This enables an accurate grasp of the stress distribution,deformation,and stability status.Based on this,the structural design is optimized to ensure that the temporary support frame can withstand various types of loads.Through the theoretical calculations of the hoisting equipment and the stress simulations of the temporary support frame,the feasibility of the selection of the hoisting equipment and the design of the support frame structure has been fully verified,providing a powerful guarantee for the safe construction of the project.
