絮凝处理对疏浚淤泥脱水效果的影响试验研究

摘  要:疏浚淤泥含水量高且颗粒往往由黏粒组成,因此其渗透系数与孔隙率较低,土中水难以排出,需要采用掺入外加剂等方式辅助淤泥脱水,为解决这种问题,该研究使用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、石灰、明矾等絮凝剂,对山东淤泥开展了大量絮凝试验,研究了絮凝剂种类、絮凝剂掺量、淤泥含水量、絮凝剂分子量等对絮凝效果的影响。试验结果表明:除无机盐絮凝剂外,其余絮凝剂均可以提高淤泥的过滤性能与脱水性能;淤泥的初始含水量越高,所需的絮凝剂的掺量越低,絮凝效果越好;有机高分子絮凝剂的分子量越高,在最优掺量下淤泥的体积脱水率越高;最后,开展了SEM试验,研究不同絮凝剂的絮凝机理。Dredged slurry has a high water content and its particles are often composed of clay particles.Therefore,its permeability coefficient and porosity are relatively low,and it is difficult for the water in the soil to be drained out.It is necessary to use methods such as adding admixtures to assist in the dewatering of the slurry.To solve the above problems,in this study,flocculants such as polyacrylamide(PAM),polyaluminum chloride(PAC),lime,and alum were used to conduct a large number of flocculation tests on Shandong slurry,and the effects of the types of flocculants,the dosages of flocculants,the water content of the slurry,and the molecular weights of flocculants on the flocculation effect were studied.The test results show that except for inorganic salt flocculants,the other flocculants can improve the filtration performance and dewatering performance of the slurry.The higher the initial water content of the slurry is,the lower the dosage of the required flocculant is,and the better the flocculation effect is.The higher the molecular weight of the organic polymer flocculant is,the higher the volume dewatering rate of the slurry is under the optimal dosage.Finally,this study carried out SEM tests to study the flocculation mechanisms of different flocculants.
