高韧性水泥基复合材料柱弯曲缝隙的混沌特性研究

摘  要:为研究腐蚀环境下高韧性水泥基复合材料柱受弯曲荷载破坏后,表面劣化区域损伤裂缝及孔隙的分布特征,文章基于混沌理论研究了不同荷载作用下,高韧性水泥基复合材料柱表面损伤的分布和演化规律,分析了受侵蚀高韧性水泥基复合材料柱在弯拉应力作用下的开裂和破坏过程。结果表明:侵蚀条件下,纤维增强高韧性水泥基复合材料柱的表面损伤缝隙均展现出统计意义上的混沌特征;随着损伤深度的增加,缝隙的混沌特征值逐渐减小,纤维增强高韧性水泥基复合材料柱的混沌特征值大于普通高韧性水泥基复合材料柱,其混沌特征值变化率与构件承载力变化率之间存在良好的相关性;复合材料柱表面缝隙的分布特征可以作为评估纤维增强高韧性水泥基复合材料受弯构件损伤程度的指标,能够合理评估构件的损伤劣化程度。In order to study the distribution characteristics of damage cracks and pores in the surface deterioration area of high toughness cement-based composite column damaged by bending load under corrosive environment.Based on chaos theory,the paper studies the surface damage distribution and evolution law of high toughness cement-based composite column under different loads,and analyzes the cracking and destruction process of corroded high toughness cement-based composite column under flexural and tensile stress as well.The results show that the surface damage cracks of the fiber-reinforced high-toughness cement-based composite columns show chaotic characteristics in statistical sense under the conditions of erosion.With the increase of damage depth,the chaotic characteristic value of cracks decrease gradually,and the chaotic characteristic value of fiber-reinforced high-toughness cement-based composite columns is greater than that of ordinary high-toughness cement-based composite columns.There is a good correlation between the change rate of chaotic characteristic value and the change rate of member bearing capacity.The distribution characteristics of cracks on the surface of composite columns can be used as an index to evaluate the damage degree of flexural members of fiber-reinforced high-toughness cement-based composite columns,and can reasonably evaluate the damage and deterioration degree of members.
