摘 要:为缓解建筑高峰期用能激增,缓解负荷峰谷差并提高电网稳定性,使用EnergyPlus软件对建筑群的重要组成部分办公建筑与商业建筑进行了空调系统柔性用能策略对比分析。采用调低空调设置温度和关闭部分建筑空间的柔性调节策略,结果表明:每提高1℃空调设置温度,办公建筑与商业建筑分别能够削减约4.7%和4.9%的峰值电负荷和每日总能耗削减率,西侧部分关闭策略下两种建筑均能够削减9%的峰值电负荷和8%的每日总能耗,同时办公建筑峰值出现时间平均提前36min。办公建筑在调温策略下每日总能耗降低率存在随运行作息的明显周期性特征。不同时段的峰值电负荷降低率与建筑负荷强度存在正相关。To mitigate the surge in energy use during peak hours,alleviate the peak-to-valley load ratio,and improve the stability of the power grid,with EnergyPlus software,a comparative analysis of energy flexibility strategies for HVAC systems was conducted for office and commercial buildings,as important components of the building ensemble.HVAC temperature reset and partially shutting down were adopted as energy flexibility strategies.The results show that every 1℃increase in the HVAC setting temperature could bring reduction of about 4.7%and 4.9%in the peak electrical load and total daily energy consumption,respectively for office and commercial building.Under the partially shutting down strategy,the peak electrical load and total daily energy consumption can be reduced by 9%and 8%for both buildings,meanwhile the peak occurrence time of the office building was advanced by an average of 36 minutes.A significant cyclicality in the reduction of total daily energy consumption of the office buildings,which follows the operating schedule,was discovered under the temperature reset strategy.A positive correlation between the peak electrical load reduction rate in different time periods and the building load intensity was discovered.
