摘　　要：随着城市的不断更迭发展,“海绵城市”作为一种新型城市建设形态,在城市水生态的变化中具有良好的“弹性”。老旧小区建造年代较早,相应的排水基础设施不完善,利用海绵城市理念,以人居环境改善为导向,将其与老旧小区建筑改造相结合,分析了老旧小区雨洪适应性的空间布局,探讨了雨洪管理模式下老旧小区海绵建设的可行方案。With the continuous change and development of cities,“sponge city”,as a new form of urban construction,has a good“elasticity”in the change of water ecology.The old residential area was built in an early age,and the corresponding drainage infrastructure is not perfect.Based on the concept of sponge city,guided by the improvement of human settlements,the concept is combined with the architectural transformation of the old residential area,the spatial layout of rain-flood adaptability in the old residential area is analyzed,and the feasible plan of sponge construction in the old residential area under the rain-flood management mode is explored.
