摘 要:地铁区间施工常见的工法有明挖法、暗挖法及盾构法,区间施工常面临对周围既有建(构)筑物的影响,因此,研究采取适当的施工工艺及施工控制措施以减少既有建(构)物的变形具有重要意义。结合北京轨道交通22号线管庄站—永顺站区间明挖段及暗挖段施工项目,采用MIDAS GTS NX软件模拟区间施工步序,分析了由于区间施工导致的过街通道变形的规律。结果表明:区间明挖段及暗挖段施工均会对地下通道结构变形产生影响,其中最大沉降3.3 mm,发生在地下通道顶板行车方向跨中位置;明挖段基坑开挖和暗挖段初支施工,均会破坏原状土层的稳定性,引起周围土体应力应变的重分布,因此地下通道沉降在这两个工况变化较大;根据过街通道变形情况采取合理的施工工艺和针对性的变形控制措施,将通道变形控制在允许范围内,研究成果可以为同类工程提供借鉴。The common construction methods for subway sections include open excavation,underground excavation,and shield tunneling.Section construction often faces the impact on existing buildings(structures)in the surrounding area.It is of great significance to study and adopt appropriate construction techniques and control measures to reduce the deformation of existing buildings(structures).This article combines the construction of the underpass near the Jingtong Expressway in the open cut and hidden cut sections of Beijing Metro Line 22 from Guanzhuang Station to Yongshun Station.MIDAS GTS NX software is used to simulate the construction steps of the section and analyze the deformation law of the underpass caused by the section construction.The results indicate that the construction of both open cut and concealed sections in the interval will have an impact on the deformation of the underground passage structure,with the maximum settlement of 3.3 mm occurring at the mid span position of the underground passage roof in the direction of driving;The excavation of the foundation pit in the open excavation section and the initial support construction in the hidden excavation section will both damage the stability of the undisturbed soil layer and cause the redistribution of stress and strain in the surrounding soil.Therefore,the settlement of the underground passage varies greatly in these two working conditions;By adopting reasonable construction techniques and targeted deformation control measures based on the deformation of the pedestrian crossing,the deformation of the passage can be controlled within the allowable range.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
