摘  要:装配式防护棚结构具有模块化程度高、施工简便、施工质量稳定、工程适用性强等优点,在跨线桥梁施工中得到了广泛应用。根据某公路改建工程跨线桥梁建设的施工特点,优化设计装配式防护棚结构,并采用LEC评价法对其安拆施工工艺进行安全评估。结果表明:装配式防护棚结构的模块化加工程度高,可大幅缩短防护棚施工工期,降低装配式防护棚施工对周边交通影响程度;在防护棚安拆施工中,通过对交通事故、高处坠落、触电等施工安全危险源进行常态化监管,可有效保障跨线施工的安全性。The prefabricated protective shed structure has the advantages of high modularization,convenient construction,stable construction quality,and strong engineering applicability,and has been widely used in the construction of overpass bridges.According to the construction characteristics of the overpass bridge construction in a highway reconstruction project,the prefabricated protective shed structure was optimized and designed,and the LEC evaluation method was used to assess the safety of its installation and removal process.The results showed that the prefabricated protective shed structure has high modularization processing degree,which can significantly shorten the construction period of the protective shed and reduce the impact of the prefabricated protective shed construction on the surrounding traffic.During the installation and removal of the protective shed,through the normalization supervision of construction safety hazards such as traffic accidents,falling from height,electric shock,etc.,the safety of overpass construction can be effectively guaranteed.
