高速公路预应力T梁负弯开裂风险分析

摘  要:为分析不确定因素作用下预应力T梁负弯矩区混凝土的开裂风险,基于Abaqus建立了实体有限元模型,依据计算结果确定失效热点位置,并确定了其极限状态方程。对混凝土开裂影响参数进行了敏感性分析,并利用Monte-Carlo法对预应力T梁负弯矩区混凝土进行开裂概率计算。结果表明:墩顶预应力T梁开裂概率为1.9%;整体降温、顶板预应力和结构自重是混凝土开裂影响的敏感因素;建议在环境温度较低时进行体系转换,以降低整体温度下降对结构次应力的影响。In order to analyze the cracking risk of concrete in the negative moment zone of prestressed T-beam under the action of uncertain factors,a solid finite element model was established based on Abaqus,and the location of failure hotspot was determined based on the calculation results,and its limit state equation was determined.Sensitivity analysis was carried out on the parameters affecting concrete cracking,and the cracking probability of concrete in the negative moment zone of prestressed T-beam was calculated using Monte-Carlo method.The results show that:the probability of cracking of prestressed T-girder at the top of pier is 1.9%;the overall temperature drop,prestressing of the top slab and structural self-weight are the sensitive factors for the influence of concrete cracking;it is recommended to carry out the system conversion when the ambient temperature is lower to reduce the influence of the overall temperature drop on the structural sub stresses.
