摘　　要：随着建筑行业的快速发展,建筑工程的质量问题日益受到关注。全面质量管理作为一种科学的管理方法,在建筑工程质量控制中发挥着重要作用。文章探讨了全面质量管理下建筑工程施工阶段的质量控制措施,结合专家经验,运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)建立建筑工程全面质量管理指标体系,进行定量计算及分析评价,为项目科学管理及全面质量提升提供科学依据。With the rapid development of the construction industry,the quality of construction projects has increasingly garnered attention.As a scientific management approach,Total Quality Management(TQM)plays a significant role in controlling the quality of construction projects.This paper aims to explore quality control measures during the construction phase of construction projects under TQM.By combining expert experience and utilizing the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),it establishes an index system for TQM in construction projects,conducts quantitative calculations,and provides analysis and evaluation.This serves as a scientific basis for scientific project management and comprehensive quality improvement.
